  • A little bit of preparation in advance can go a long way in helping you perform well in your GD round. Organizations are constantly looking to fill multiple vacancies, by identifying promising candidates and screening them. A group discussion round is one of these screening techniques, used by HR managers to hire the best talent. In a typical GD round, candidates are divided into groups of 8 to 10 members. All the groups are tested one by one, by a panel of judges. In these groups, every individual’s ability to work as team member gets judged on the basis of their point of views related to the assigned group discussion topic. The discussion can last for approximately 15 to 40 minutes, helping hiring managers to spot only those who perform under pressure. What Students's Say About Us?

Very happy to find this institute!

I started with BFCI practice sets For IELTS 3 months ago. I am a busy professional so wanted to get the most of my 2 hour night study sessions. Your interface is spectacular. I don't have to flip pages to see answer or need a stopwatch with me to assess my time. It was all taken care of. In addition, the amount of practice sets provided is enormous. One can keep practicing and getting better at it and they won't run out. Also, the answers and description from the instructor about why this should be an answer helped me understand the issues I had. I think your course was an essential factor in getting a good score in the IELTS and I would recommend it to all. Finally i secured 8.5band thanks to Menariya sir

How did BFCI help you? Hi, I really loved the videos and pricing strategy( 1 week, 1 month and 6 months). BFCI videos are very informative, very helpful and yet very affordable. These videos provide every piece of information that is required to ace the IELTS. I have a very little preparation time(20 Days in fact) so I was unable to go through all the practice questions , but I assume those are also very good.Quality of the video materials are high. I am going to sit for IELTS(GT) in june 2019 again and will utilise all the practice questions this time. Grammar lessons are also very helpful. I really love the BFCI IELTS instructor MR. RS MENARIYA. He is a good guy and very skilled person. His presentation is very effective.BFCI provides 90+ Video lessons which covers all the areas in fact. I don't know whether BFCI provideS feedback/scoring for writing and speaking section , If BFCI provides feedback on Speaking and Writing then it would be a tremendous help for the students. BFCI can also introduce full length mock tests. Practice test are very necessary. After learning all the strategies student can earn mastery only through practicing. Overly I rate BFCI 5 out of 5. If BFCI introduce feedback/scoring webinar then that will provide more help to students. For now this all about from my side. Please let me know if there is any other query. I am very satisfied with BFCI indeed

"I`m all excited to write a few words about BFCI Institute, this might certainly help few PTE/IELTS aspirants like me who are still struggling to get the desired scores before joining this institute. I was stuck in my Australian PR visa process only due to my low scores on PTE initially, though I was very confident but later I realized, it requires a good amount of practice with right set of guidance & strategies. I proudly say, without the help and guidance of BFCI (RS MENARIYA SIR) I wouldn't have achieved my scores. Today I got my results in PTE as L69-R72-S73-W68 and I owe a big thanks to the entire BFCI team especially MENARIYA SIR for his tremendous support; Dear sir, you are exceptionally good in tracking individuals progress on your finger tip and pushing them through the right direction. Thanks a lot again for the wonderful venture during the course. Regards.. DEEPAK PANDYA (MIS SENIOR MANAGER) AHMEDABAD

Very happy to find this institute!

The teacher explained each module perfectly. he is precise and concise AND at the same time very explanatory. I learned a lot from this course, specially how to behave before an interviewer, it is true what he says about a person's posture before she/he is called to be interviewed says a lot about the candidate. On the other hand, I work in communications, so learn how to do a sales pitch is huge for my current job and future endeavors.
